Savoiardi, also known as Italian ladyfingers, are the foundation of one of Italy's most iconic desserts. Their role is essential: they absorb the coffee, support the mascarpone cream and create the delicate balance of textures that defines an authentic tiramisù.
At Casa di Tiramisù, we chose to bake our own handcrafted savoiardi. This allows us to control their lightness, structure and ability to absorb coffee, ensuring they pair perfectly with our homemade mascarpone and our daily artisanal preparation.
